Sadly, our flatmate is flying the nest… and the UK, so we are in search of a third! ✨ It’s a Spareroom love story…!! We met on here over a year ago and are now really good friends.

About the flat:
You will be taking over the large double bedroom with a private bathroom. The room has an inbuilt mirrored wardrobe and is partly furnished. It is a 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment with a large open living space and balcony..
It is in a gated complex, and also has a shared terrace/patio area. You will have access to a separate bike storage room.

Location:
We are a teeny walk away from London Fields, Victoria Park & Broadway Market (perfect location imooo)
Martello Hall/Pockets/Mare St Market are all practically next door 🥹🫶🏻

Transport links:
5 min walk to London Fields overground & 15 mins walk to Bethnal Green.

Finer deets:
Rent is £1170 per month + bills. Bills are roughly £160. It’s a triple glazed apartment, so we’re suuuuper lucky during the winter months as our bills don’t soar ✨
