New Lease Nov 1st

Tired of searching for a room in an existing flat share? Sick of being ignored by those you’ve expressed your interest to? Would it suit you better to take on a new lease but you don’t know anyone in a similar position? Yep, me too. I’m hoping to find one or two cool peeps to buddy up with; if this is of interest then please read on.

First on the agenda; I have 2 dogs, so being a dog lover would be a huge bonus. They’re Harriers, both really friendly, well behaved and great company. If you’ve never lived with dogs before I’d be happy to fill you in on what to expect but please, if you don’t truly appreciate dogs and accept them as members of the household then let’s not waste one another’s time. Thanks.

**All the following are preferences, not dealbreakers; I’m open to discussion.**

Availability: Looking to secure a place and move in by November 1st, give or take a week.

Location: I’d like to be relatively close to a decently sized park. Preferable East/SE so Clissold, Victoria, Hackney Downs or Southwark parks would be ideal.

Property: Ground floor flat (or house) with garden access. I have no need for parking but if you do we’ll add to the list.

So about me. I work in events, this usually covers Mon-Sat with some early mornings and late nights. I’m punctual with rent and bill payments and expect flatmates to be the same. No house hierarchy, we’re all adults and we share equal responsibility for our home.

I’m easy going, trying to make choices which promote a stress free life. I’m a considerate flatmate and also a sociable one. Bedroom hermits need not apply; I like to share life with the people I live with. I like a drink for sure but do most of it at the pub, at gigs or whatever other social occasion comes calling.

My main passion in life is music. Listening, playing, creating, critiquing. Also into sports (rugby, NFL) film, political/espionage/crime dramas.
