Hello! I’m going abroad and would love to let my sunny spacious home to a couple or single person. (Happy to lower rate for single!) have lived here for 15 years and can't recommend the area enough! My place is a lovely London Fields flat with Balcony that gets sun from midday til sunset.
There's one double bedroom and it’s a fully furnished flat. Right by the park or ondon Fields, the public outdoor pool & Broadway Market.
It’s a modern, well-equipped open-plan flat, drenched in light. 5 mins walk to Broadway Market with its restaurants and cafés. The lido is a 2 min walk away. 5 mins walk to London Fields station, trains to Liverpool St.
It has a balcony and outdoor table & chairs, which gets full sun from midday until sunset.
Has a perfect WFH set-up, Smart TV, fast wifi, fully stocked reading library, record player, and a little writing office & desk you’re welcome to use.
Is fully furnished with my possessions in shelves and some cupboards, but there is a hanging rail, and two empty chest of drawers. All crockery is yours to use too, and bedding and towels if needed.
There is a very sentimental piano that was my father’s- please feel free to use but look after her!
Access will be through a lockbox which I will give you the code for, and a tenancy agreement on receipt of references and ID.
The rent includes all bills & council tax, so there no admin - and its available from early Dec for minimum 4 months, up to 6. Normally would be for £2200 a month for a couple (or less for single person).
*NB **** While it is a large one bed flat, there are lots of paintings, photos and books, and it's a quirky space! Would suit people transitioning between long-term homes or working abroad temporarily as it's not currently got loads of space for stuff - but happy to discuss more storage if needed.
