I have lived here for 15 years and can't recommend the area enough. My place is a lovely London Fields flat with Balcony that gets sun from midday 'til sunset.

There's one large double bedroom with office annexe, and it’s a fully furnished flat. Right by the park London Fields, the public outdoor pool & Broadway Market.

It’s a modern, well-equipped open-plan flat, drenched in light. 5 mins walk to Broadway Market with its restaurants and cafés. The lido is a 2 min walk away. 5 mins walk to London Fields station, trains to Liverpool St.

It has a balcony and outdoor table & chairs, which gets full sun from midday until sunset.

Has a perfect WFH set-up, Smart TV, fast wifi, fully stocked reading library, record player, and a little writing office & desk you’re welcome to use.

Is fully furnished with some books/ornaments/pictures in shelves and some cupboards, but there is a hanging rail, and two empty chests of drawers for you to use and surfaces. All crockery is yours to use too, toaster, kettle and water filter.
Bedding and towels can be rented if needed (for £50 to cover laundry fees).

There is a very sentimental piano that was my father’s- please feel free to use but look after her!

Access will be through a lockbox which I will give you the code for, and a tenancy agreement on receipt of references and ID.

The rent includes ALL BILLS & council tax, so there no admin - and its available from august for minimum 3 months with option to extend on to a rolling contract with 2 months notice. Normally would be for £2300 a month for a couple (or could be less for single person if you're on lower income ). Plus fully refundable deposit of £500 after reference checks.

*NB **** While it is a large one bed flat, there are paintings, photos and books, and it's a quirky space with character, not sparse and empty.

Would suit people transitioning between long-term homes or working abroad temporarily as it's not currently got absolutely loads of space for stuff - but there is a rail and 3 sets of drawers and one large cupboard all for yours. And kitchen and bathroom space too. Can discuss more storage if needed.

Closest Overground (the old East London line) Haggerston (8 minutes walk, very regular trains to Highbury and Islington - 10 min journey - which connects with Victoria Line) & closest TUBE Bethnal Green on the Central Line, is about 15 min walk, or a 4 min bus ride, bus stop 5 minute walk). The overground journey from London Fields (Five minutes walk) to Liverpool St takes about ten mins. CYCLE HIRE SCHEME nearest available now 1 minute walk.
