Hi there! My name is Jorge, and I’m currently moving out of this lovely flat in London Fields. We’re looking for a kind, tidy, and sociable flatmate who’s looking for a home, not just a room.

The room is a bright double. It is furnished with large windows that flood the space with natural light. It also has LED light strips around the ceiling for a cosy touch.

You’ll be sharing a spacious bathroom (with both a shower and bath) with two wonderful female flatmates, Cami (Italian, 29, works in fashion/marketing) and Constance (French, 34, works in fashion retail). Frances (Australian, 31, journalist) also lives here and has her own en-suite.

The flat is warm and inviting, with a big communal living room, sofa, TV, dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with two hobs, two ovens, and two sinks, plus a terrace for those sunny days. There’s also a small extra toilet in the hallway.

Rent is £866.66 per month (bills not included). Internet and council tax are paid monthly, while electricity is billed quarterly (no gas). Deposit is split equally between all 4 tenants over the price of the entire flats rent.

The location is amazing—just a 2-minute walk from London Fields Overground and surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Plus, Broadway Market and the park are just around the corner!

Move-in is mid-December, but we’re flexible. Make sure you check the rent affordability calculator, as references and financial checks are required by the estate agent/landlord.
