London Fields double room - short let, bills incl.

Double room with private bathroom available in London Fields for short term let from December 18th 2024 to April 4th 2025. Dates can be flexible if renters want to join in January for example. (But flat not available before Dec 18, or after April 4)

I own the property with my boyfriend and we are taking a 4 month sabbatical and are looking to rent it out while we’re away. The house will be rented to a colleague of mine (29 year old female) so we are looking for another friendly flatmate to join her for a short term let.

The room and flat is fully furnished. The room has a day bed that converts from a single bed into kind size bed as required and we have a mattress topper (7cm foam topper) so it’s very comfortable. There is also a desk and chair in the room for remote working.

The room has a private bathroom in the hallway. The other double room has an en-suite so the hallway bathroom can be used exclusively for the new tenant.

The flat has an open kitchen and lounge area which gets lots of light and sun because it is south facing.

There is a dishwasher and washer dryer too.

The flat is 4 mins walk from Haggerston Overground station and 10 mins from London Fields park with easy access to great bars and restaurants on Broadway Market and Kingsland Road. The flat is on a quiet road with limited traffic so it’s really peaceful.

The flat has a shared garden (there are just 8 flats in the building) which has bike storage if needed
