The upstairs en-suite bedroom is becoming available in our lovely 2-bedroom lower ground floor flat on the desirable Richmond Road in Hackney. It is moments from London Fields, the Lido, fantastic pubs, and transport links.
The flat has a large but cosy living room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen has French doors leading out onto our gorgeous, private, south-facing garden, which is perfect for relaxing and BBQing during Summer.
The bedroom available has a large double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a toilet and sink (pictures of the room coming soon). The room has beautiful views over the garden.
About myself: I am a 33 yo female professional who works in the office 4 to 5 days a week. I love to exercise, cook, and enjoy being out and about on the weekend.
I'm looking to create a shared space with someone tidy, clean and respectful, who is also a working professional and seeking a place they want to care for and call home. We are all busy with our own lives, but it would be nice to share a glass of wine and socalise every now and again and become friends.
The move-in date is from the 5th December but can be flexible (up to the middle of December if needed).
Note that this is not a sublet. We would be signing a new lease together and the landlord would run the usual checks.
The bills are excluded from the monthly rent and come to roughly £150 each (council tax, gas and electricity, water, internet). I say roughly as we've been on reduced gas + electricity for a while so I'm unsure of the normal rate is.
