The room is available from mid-December until the current lease runs out on 1st May 2025. *Extra £100 per head for couples - £1376 p/m all-in including bills*

The flat is on the ground floor of the Arthaus Apartments building on the north side of London fields - sharing with 2 guys (both 28), both of whom are my close friends and great housemates. One is a software engineer, the other works in consulting. The apartment has a 7 day concierge service, and is attached to a number of restaurants/a bakery all which have a residents discount. There is also a shared roof terrace which is really great.
