- Someone who mixes it up in terms of working from home and in the office/at their workplace
- Clean (& willing to do share the flat cleaning w me every other weekend) / tidy / respectful
- This is definitely not a party flat, so if that’s what you’re looking for then it’s not going to work haha

Rent - £1050. Bills - around £150 (Incl. council tax, WiFi, elect/energy & water)

The room includes a bed / mattress, bedside table & and two-door wardrobe.

The flat is ground floor in a block of 8 other flats, with some luuuuvly neighbours. I also have parking available if you have a car 🚘

Less than 5-mins walk from some fab pubs (my personal fave Spurstowe Arms).

I sometimes look after my family dog (Dobson - 10 month old Mini Schnauzer) so it’d be great if you’re comfortable around dogs.
