We are subletting our beautiful bright top floor 1 bedroom London Fields flat from 22 December until 30 June while we are home in Australia.

The apartment is fully furnished and we will make plenty of space in the bedroom for your belongings. Linen included on request at no extra cost.

The apartment is lovely and light, with morning sun in the bedroom and afternoon sun in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and there is a separate toilet.

Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area and dishwasher. The apartment is set up for WFH with a desk and monitor that can be used.

The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from London Fields and great transport links with Hackney Central station also 5 minutes away. Lots of great bus access along Mare Street and Graham Road.

All bills included. £1185 per month. Preference will be given to those who can stay the entire time. Will consider shorter sublets (min 3 months).
