Huge double room short term let London Fields

I am looking for a short term let (8th Jan - end Feb, possibly longer) to take over my place in this amazing house in London Fields.

I am moving out after 4 great years in this special house. Looking for someone to sublet the room before one of the housemates gets back from travelling (likely to be end of Feb, but could be longer).

Although there are 6 housemates in total, the house is incredibly spacious (4 floors) and everyone is really respectful, friendly and fun.

The location is perfect. A short walk from the park, lido and Broadway Market, next door to the Spurstowe Arms pub and round the corner from some lovely coffee shops.

The room itself is at the top of the house. There are 2 bathrooms (with one being pictured being an absolute showstopper), garden and large living room/kitchen area. The price includes all bills, regular shop for communal bits (cooking oil, toilet paper etc) and a cleaner every other week.
