Two rooms available in Haggerston/London Fields

Hey!

Ruby and I are moving into a flat of our own so both of our rooms are available!

In the flat you have Brook (lawyer) and Kristina (model booker), from NZ and Canada.
We are a friendly bunch and have made our flat really homely – hope this is important to you too.

Brook works from home most of the week in his room, Kristina is in the office Mon, Weds and Fridays. She works from her room on the days she works from home. Ruby and I would work downstairs when we WFH in case you WFH.

Modern kitchen/open plan dining + lounge, 1x bathroom (seperate toilet). Large outdoor space with space for summer dinners and bike storage. The flat is really warm in the winter which is key, we hardly have to put the heating on!

Room 1 - £952 (narrower room)
The room has a double size bed and built in double wardrobe. The room also gets the afternoon sun which is nice to have in Winter!

Room 2 - £972
The room has a king size bed and a large double wardrobe. This room also gets the afternoon sun!

Rent includes all bills, cleaner, shared house things etc.

Located in Haggerston — less than 5 minutes walk to Broadway Market, London Fields and 2 mins walk to the canal! 9/10 min walk to Haggerston overground and 7 min walk to London fields overground.
