Double room going in London Fields 3 bed mews house

The room is on the smaller side but you’re on your own floor, and comes with plenty of built in storage.

The house is right by broadway market, 1 minute walk to Ldn Fields overground and a lovely canal side stroll to Victoria park (obviously we’re biased but we think it’s the best area in London to live in)

Room is initially available for 3 months as current flatmate has moved for work, but could become available more permanently.

House is lovely and open on the top floor with a lounge/kitchen/dinner making it very social when people are cooking / have people over! There is also a roof terrace if you don’t mind braving the cold BUT as we get out of winter we’re kitting it out with a BBQ / pizza oven etc.

Bike locks come included so you will just need a cover but bike is safely locked and stored behind a fob operated gate.

Current flatmates work in startups, enjoy cooking, gym, pubs (all the best ones are nearby), getting outdoors, occasional party! Looking for someone easy going, tidy and fun to join the house!

£1100 p/m - includes all bills, a cleaner, 3-4 dinners a week with a meal kit service (one of our housemates has it as a work perk - we take turns cooking but also do our own thing sometimes).

Must be ok with Hank The Tank - arguably the world’s most greedy British Shorthair! 🐈
