Having lived here for five years I am moving out to travel and looking for someone to take my lovely room. long-term. The flat has a large living room/ dining area with a balcony that overlooks a communal garden. Large pink kitchen and a washroom (Shower, bath and sink) and separate toilet. The flat is in a small block with a fob entry door.

The room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe and large cupboard for extra storage. There is also room for under-bed storage. There is a bedside table drawer unit and another chest of drawers that can either remain or be removed to your preference.

In terms of area, the flat is situated right in between London Fields, Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Dalston Junction overgrounds and is under a five minute walk to London Fields or ten minutes to the popular Broadway Market. Loads of great pubs and restaurants less than 10 minutes away!

Hattie (24) and Millie (26) will be your housemates and they are both really lovely, clean working professionals in Marketing and Brand Partnerships. We have all worked hard to make the flat feel like a proper home and take pride in looking after it and enjoying it. In summer the sun sets across the living room and is beautiful to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and a good book. The communal garden is tended to by the other residents and they grow vegetables and flowers. Hattie, Millie & I sometimes work from home and the wifi is really quick so no issues if you are a hybrid worker.
