Small double room next to London Fields

We have a lovely room going in our three bed maisonette which overlooks London Fields, just a 5 minute walk to the overground, Broadway Market and right by the lido.

The flat is split over three levels with ample storage off the entrance hallway including space for a bike. On the first floor there's a large living dining area with west facing balcony to make the most of summer sunsets. We also have a separate kitchen with all the modern appliances, including dishwasher and an air fryer ;), which overlooks the park.

On the third floor are the three bedrooms and main bathroom. The room on offer is small but fits a double and has a built in cupboard. Our current housemate has really made it their own over the last three years. The photos include her furniture but our landlord is happy to provide a double bed and side table.

We're looking for someone who wants to make this their home too but we'd also be open to someone who needs a room for the working week, Monday - Friday.

We've both lived together for the past three years and have been friends for over eight years. Our home's really important to us and is a place where we like to chill or have the odd dinner/games night but tend to do most of our socialising outside of the house.

We're looking for a housemate who wants a similar living environment - chilled and a place to unwind after work who likes to keep things tidy. We already both work remotely so ideally our new housemate would be a professional who wouldn't need to work from home five days a week.

The rent doesn't include bills but these are roughly £120 a month and covers all main bills plus wifi and TV license. We're looking at holding viewings evening of the 19th/21st of March or Saturday 22nd or Sunday 23rd.
