The room:

- Bright, spacious double on peaceful street

The house:

We have a very large open plan living room/dining room/kitchen (with dishwasher).

We have a terrace which gets non-stop sun. The garden is huge, also south-facing, though because of all the beautiful trees it is more shaded. Great for outdoor meals in the spring/summer.

The house is split over three floors. Dining/kitchen/living areas all ground floor, first floor is the room in question, laundry/office room, Katie's room and the bathroom. Will & Is are a couple on the top floor in a converted attic room. There's one bathroom between us.

Transport:

We're just over a three minute walk from Haggerston overground station with buses around the corner on Kingsland Road and Dalston on your doorstep. London Fields is a 10 minute walk away, as is the Canal. Victoria Park is around a 30 minute walk.

Housemates:

There's a chill atmosphere in the house and everyone is lovely, late 20s professionals. General interests across the house are cooking, great outdoors and busy London socialising. Not a party house but we all go out and go to festivals. It's a really warm & welcoming environment. Mix of office/WFH.


Will and Is are moving out at a similar time, their couple friendly room is also available (message for link as we can’t post here)

Preferably a mix of office/WFH. Fun and chill, down for the odd meal together but also got their own thing going on. No couples sorry but couples room also available!
