London Fields ensuite bedroom w/ balcony

A gorgeous ensuite bedroom with direct balcony access is now available in London Fields! Amazing proximity to the fields, overground, bus routes and Broadway market for the best of East London life.

The apartment has a modern kitchen, open plan living and dining, and a wrap around balcony which can be accessed from all bedrooms and the living room. The apartment complex also has concierge Monday to Friday.

You would have the main bedroom / ensuite which includes a bathtub/shower. The bedroom also features a built-in series of three spacious wardrobes which doubles as a nice hallway into your room.

You’ll be living with two long term Londoners, one New Yorker Charlotte in art curation and one Swede Liv in data & analytics. Charlotte is the office almost every day and Liv works hybrid. I adore living with them and so sad to leave as we love our home and take good care of it. We have our own lives but also take the time to be great friends and housemates to each other and are looking for someone who can match that energy. We are definitely on the more chill side.

We are looking for a person in their late 20s or early 30s to join our home! Someone who has a great balance of work and social life, and cares about being a part of a home would be the perfect fit.

The main living area is largely furnished and the bedroom can come partly furnished or fully unfurnished depending on what you’re after.

The room is £1450 and bills are approximately £140 pp per month. We tend to pay around £260 per council bill.

Timing wise there is some earlier flexibility for the perfect person to join upward to end of May, but preferably this person would be ready to move in late June. The lease renews in mid December, and we have been able to renew our lease for four years in a row now so we anticipate it will be the same.
