Newly-renovated London Fields flat

Note: the flat is currently mid-renovation and will be ready by early June

What:
A medium-sized partially furnished private double room in a flat right by London Fields. Shared bathroom and open plan living room/ kitchen. The flat is right next to the lido, 5 mins from Broadway Market, and a 12 minute walk to Hackney Central station, with easy connections by train, bus, or bike into central London.

Who we are:
Odin (29) runs a design company and Lorna (28) works for a tech startup. We enjoy good food, music, running, yoga, being outdoors and getting out on trips in the van. Lorna may have dogs visiting but we don't have our own pets. We are friendly, respectful, and like a chilled home but are equally happy to share a cuppa or meal or will sometimes have guests over. We just give each other some notice if we're having a few people over. We have a cleaner every week and care about keeping the place tidy and cosy.

Who we're looking for:
Friendly, laidback, responsible, and with a secure income. Ideally not a smoker and without pets (but you're ok with dog visitors occasionally!) Weekday lets are preferred (flexible on days) but we’re open to full-time stays (including weekends) for £900/month excl. bills. Open to other schedules too. Not suitable for WFH, sorry!

Photos are there to give an idea of the layout, but the space will be quite different once finished! We'll also be replacing/restoring some furniture and other bits and bobs over the next couple of weeks.
