London Fields small double room & Office Room

Hi everyone! I'm sadly moving out of my home in London Fields/Haggerston in the 1st of July. The room coming free will be available from 1 of July (with some scope to move in earlie if you want!).

Your room will be £700p/m (bills included!!) for the first 2 months and will be going up a bit after August (still unsure how much) )and althought is quite small, you will also have your own private office downstairs which you can use however you like! Plus its a steal for the location!

You'll be living with 4 lovely flatmates (3f, 1m), who are all friends having met through spareroom. We all get on and love to hang out when we're home but also have our own lives - everyone works full time in nonprofits, publishing, and reporting.

The house itself is an ex-council flat and has a cosy living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bonus toilet!

• 10 min walk from London Fields overground station

• 10 min walk from 149, 243, 242 bus stops
• 5 min walk from Regents Canal & Broadway Market

To move in, you'll need to pass referencing (proofof income) and will otherwise need to provide a guarantor.
