Room details:

Large double room available for £1,125 per month (plus bills, approx. £120 including council tax, a cleaner, TV licence and wifi) for a min. term of 3 months. Deposit is £700 and will be paid to the outgoing tenant, who is moving out because she bought her own place 🎉.

The room is south-facing so gets a lot of sunlight. It comes with a double bed and a desk.

Moving in:

We're looking for someone who can move in from 5th July, with some flexibility if you need to move in slightly later.

Viewings:

We will be taking viewings on Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1st June.

House details:

The terraced house has four bedrooms total, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, and two bathrooms across three floors.

The house also has wooden floors, a small garden, double glazed windows, a dishwasher, washing machine and an off-street parking space that would be yours to use as none of us have a car.

It's a quiet area, about five minutes from London Fields and Broadway Market. Haggerston Overground is a short walk away (about 5 minutes) while Dalston Junction tube is about a 15-20 min walk away.

Housemate details:

We're three women and friends aged 27 who all have hybrid jobs.

We like both going out and staying in, the occasional house party e. g. Halloween 🎃, and all sorts of cultural stuff (expertise ranges from Taylor Swift lore to horror movies).

We love exploring London, trying new hobbies, solo travel, and bookshopping. We also all happen to be veggie/pesc.

One of us plays pickleball, one of us plays tennis, and one of us just likes to walk places. We also like watching the footie.

One of us is in a relationship and the rest of us are attempting to date.

We're looking for a professional to move in, ideally someone who's keen to socialise and hang out from time to time.

The current contract currently runs until 5th October with the option to renew.
