Double room in London Fields´ House

We are looking for a new housemates to replace me at our 3 storey terraced house located just off Wilton Way in the London Fields/Hackney Central area. I'm moving back to my country but it's been such a lovely place to live!

The house is in great condition with a spacious kitchen/dining area and a cosy living room! We also have a back garden which is lovely during warm days for hanging out and BBQ's.

The house is really well connected. We are a 5 minute walk to Hackney Central Overground, 7 minute walk from London Fields overground, 10 minutes to Hackney Downs overground and 15 minutes to Dalston Junction overground.

The room is a cosy, high-ceiling and iluminated double on the second floor that faces the back garden. The room comes furnished with a bed frame/ mattress from the landlord and I´m happy to discuss a price for the desk, chair and shelves if interested.

Room: £837.73 (single occupancy only)
Bills: £95.77 per month (council tax, water, electricity and gas, internet)
Cleaner: £25.2 per month (weekly visit)
Deposit: £550 credit check required (tbc by the landlord)
Move-in date: Saturday 28th of June 2025
Note: You will be added to a 12 month contract which runs to September 2025, when the landlord will offer a new contract.

You'll be living with four others working in creative industries: an actor/director, an assistant producer, a photographer, and a PE teacher.

We are looking for a professional to share the house with. Suitable for open minded people who like to keep the place clean and treat this house as a home as we do.

We all enjoy a party but not at the house. We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe, who is chilled, easy going and respectful. It's a lovely, social house but everyone is very respectful of each other's own space.
