Large double room (own bathroom) w balcony

My flatmate is moving out so I’m renting a room in a bright two bedroom flat 2 mins from Hackney Downs station and 10 mins from London Fields.

It’s a modern and spacious flat with all the appliances and furnishings. The highlight in my opinion is a wraparound balcony (with a couch!) which you can access from every room. The bedroom is a good size with built in storage and you’d have a private bathroom as the other room has an ensuite.

A bit about me - I’m from Scotland and am friendly and outgoing and also pretty laid back. I’m clean, tidy and work quite long hours in the office during the week. I spend the weekends seeing friends, going to music events and bars, exploring parks and restaurants , and playing tennis / swimming at the lido. I’m normally down for a laugh and socialising so would be good to find someone that‘s a similar vibe. Everyone welcome!
