London Fields - double room

Double bedroom in a freshly renovated three-bedroom flat just off London Fields.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, black-out blinds, a bedside table, and a desk.

The flat has a large open-plan dining and lounge room with new furniture, a sunny little balcony, and a Chromecast on the TV. There is a main bathroom with a shower over the bath and a toilet, plus there is a separate toilet and shower room to make the morning rush a breeze.

James is a 29-year-old Actuary, who has been living in London Fields for the past 2 years and Hoxton prior to that, he enjoys exploring London, a good pub quiz, board games and playing tennis.

Marcin is a 28-year-old Structural engineer by day, and a photographer by night. He vibes with good films, music, travelling, and jokes fun facts. Tennis and yoga happen to be his strengths. He’s trying his best to stay hydrated.

We are looking for a fellow friendly, clean, and considerate young professional to join us signing a new contract this October. We are up for hanging out and doing things as a flat: bouldering, Wimbledon, Eurovision, or a dinner party etc, However, this is not a party flat.

Bills (Council Tax Band B, water, electricity and broadband) come to around £150pm (ish) per person split equally. Rent is paid monthly directly to the landlord, bills shared around, household essentials too. We have a cleaner fortnightly for communal areas.

London Fields is a fantastic area with lots of cool spots not far away, everything is pretty much on your doorstep. Very easy walking distance to Broadway Market (Saturday and Sunday markets and great restaurants), Dalston (restaurants and bars), Hackney Central (shops, bars), Victoria Park (follow Regents canal to markets on a Sunday or a peaceful run/cycle/skate any other day). Transport links with Overground at Haggerston or London Fields, lots of buses nearby.
