We have a cosy room becoming available on the 1st of Feb in our bright, south-facing flat in E8 London.

The flat is quiet and well-lit throughout the day, we are trying to create a warm and inviting space to come home to. You’ll be sharing with two friendly male flatmates in their late 20s, both easy-going and respectful.

📍 Location: Just 5min walk from London Fields Lido – 10 min to Dalston Junction. Excellent connections, with plenty of cafés, pubs, and green spaces nearby.
🛏️ The Room: Cosy and comfortable, ideal for someone looking for a homely base in East London.
🏠 The Flat: South-facing with lots of natural light, shared kitchen and living spaces + small balcony.
👥 Flatmates: Two sociable guys in their late 20s, working professionals. Love to go for drinks

🙌 Who we’re looking for:
Someone easy-going, considerate, and clean, who wants a friendly home rather than just a place to crash. We’d love to find a flatmate who’s around a similar age, and who’ll get on well with the chilled vibe we’ve got going.
Veg/Vegans welcomed but this isn't a meat-free household.
