London Fields balcony flat

Cozy single-room in 3 bed flat with balcony facing London Fields. We’re two (stunning) ((💁‍♀️💁‍♀️)) 9-5 professionals with usually 1-2 wfh days a week. We keep a clean flat, but love to cook and host. We’re looking for someone to sign onto the lease. It would be a rolling contract directly with the landlady from October 5th, with the possibility to leave by finding a replacement anytime. Room is on the smaller side, but could fit in a double bed.
