I’m looking to replace both my housemates as one is moving for a better work commute and the second to move in with her boyfriend.
A bit about me ✨
I’m 29 and I’ve been living in this flat for the past 2 years and London for 6. I’m at work in the city 3 days a week and wfh for 2 days. On the weekends I spend my time with friends enjoying london life / festivals / gigs or a relaxed weekend in the flat.
I’ve loved my time with the girls and looking for two new flatmates to enjoy a drink/dinner or brew in the morning every once in a while whilst also respecting each other’s space!!
Flat and location details 📍
The flat is a 5 minute walk to hackney central station and 20 minute bus to bethnal green from right outside the flat.
Both rooms include a built in wardrobe, bed and mattress. One has an ensuite and the second has sole access to the main bathroom as I also have an ensuite.
£1233 per month, around ~ £175 bills per month - references will be required and it will be a 12 month contract.
