The unit is a top-floor (5th), corner unit with a south facing balcony attached to the bedrooms on one side and private rooftop terrace on the east side.

The room comes with its own private bathroom pretty much as I have my own en-suite. It is directly across the hall from the bedroom.

The kitchen is open concept and connected to a very spacious living room. The living room has floor to ceiling glass windows. The bedroom and living room are fully furnished.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and a washer/dryer.

The building is a 2-min walk to London Fields park and within 10 mins walk of London Fields overground station and Hackney Central. There is a coffee shop (pophams) and Italian restaurant (lardo) also on the ground floor of the building.

There is also a secure underground carpark and bike storage facility if needed.

Living with me, 44, freelance consultant in the creative field. I work from home most days and spend evenings mostly at the gym, out with friends or watching some tv.

The room can be available as early as 1st October. Looking for a 6 month rental minimum.
