This is a short- to medium-term let, ideal for a professional looking for a calm, well-located home in Hackney. The flat is in a quiet, gated residential block with a friendly community. I live out of London and only stay 1–2 nights a week (and very occasionally a weekend).

You’ll have the main bedroom with en-suite. The flat also has a second bathroom, open-plan living/kitchen area, and a balcony with park views. The flat is furnished, and the bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference.

Please note: the property is currently on the market, so there will be viewings. For this reason, the flat needs to be kept clean and tidy.

This is a peaceful home and not suitable for parties or late-night noise.
