Two cozy rooms available in a shared house in London Fields. Rent £750.

Looking for two new tenants, 28+, preferably women, to fill two cozy rooms in the heart of London Fields.

Room 1 available from 10th of October (some flexibility on this if the new tenant needs to move in a few days earlier).

Room 2 available from 24th October.

Location is fantastic: right beside London Fields and Broadway Market. We’re a two minute walk from the nearest Lido. Within walking distance of Victoria Park, Columbia Road Flower Market, Dalston. The area is full of cafes, gyms, shop, bars and restaurants. There’s an international food market every Saturday and Sunday. In terms of transport, we’re a five minute walk from London Fields Station. It’s a great place to live.

You’ll be living with Keelin, Graham, and Liam. We’re between 29 and 39, and would ideally like new tenants in a similar age range. We’re looking for people who are friendly, considerate, will keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and want a home, not just a place to sleep.

In terms of shared spaces, the house has a garden with a seating area and hammock, a lounge, and two bathrooms. The rooms are small and cozy, and both come semi-furnished. Room 1 comes with a bed only. Room 2 (the room with the patterned bedspread) comes with a bed and a white storage unit, which can be seen in photo 5. Bear in mind that these rooms are small and storage space is limited.

No couples, sorry. And this is a no smoking house.

Deposit is £500. Monthly bills are £64.
