My flat mate is leaving for a few months and we are looking for someone to sublet her room during this time! She will likely be moving out in January so there is possibility for this to be a permanent setup (dates TBD).

I am ideally looking for a queer professional who works outside the home, to keep the flat’s calm, clean, and welcoming vibe.

Ideal for a clean, respectful young professional who works outside the home and wants a comfortable East London base with their own spa-like bathroom and access to a sunny, plant-filled balcony.

🏡 The Flat
- Modern, beautifully furnished 2-bed / 2-bath flat in the heart of London Fields.
- Secure, lift-access building with a large south-facing balcony (sun-drenched, filled with greenery).
- Open-plan living with comfy sofa, 55” smart TV, dining table.
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, blender, air fryer, etc.

🛌 Your Room
- Bright, stylish double room with blackout curtains, memory foam mattress, full wardrobe.
- Private off-suite bathroom (tub + good water pressure shower) right next to your room.
- No cleaner but everything you need is here to keep it nice.

👯‍♂️ Who You’ll Live With
- Sharing with a 33-year-old gay male professional—outgoing, tidy, respectful, and often on walks around the neighborhood or with friends.
- Lived in London for a bit over 4 years
- Enjoys hosting friends at home, going to local pubs/restaurants, knows all the good cafes in the area
- Works from home 5 days a week 10:00 - 17:00

- London Fields park directly across the street (Lido, green space, runs).
- 2 min walk to Broadway Market (cafés, bakeries, vintage shops, Saturday street food).
- 4 min walk to London Fields Overground (8 min to Liverpool St).
