A studio room within a 4 bedroom, 3 storey townhouse with amenities such as a private kitchenette & en suite. It’s a spacious area with plenty of room for clothing storage, cooking, lounging, etc. The kitchenette has a small oven, induction hob & mini fridge with a nice selection of cookware.
About the house:
Along with the room you’ll have access to the downstairs kitchen, garden and living area. You’ll be lodging with a family of four, a lovely mother and her three kids all between 17-23 years old.
About the area:
Very close proximity to London Fields park, Broadway Market & Regent’s Canal. Easy access to public transport as well as being surrounded many nice pubs, restaurants & things to do.
About you:
We’re looking for a young professional who’s friendly, respectful, and tidy. You’re someone who enjoys a balanced lifestyle — going out and exploring the city, but also happy to have quieter nights in. This isn’t a party house, so it’s important you’re considerate of the peaceful home environment and the fact you’ll be living with a family. Ideally, you’re easygoing, clean up after yourself, and communicate well with housemates.

I’m a young professional from Perth, Western Australia. I’ve been lodging in this home since April 2024 and absolutely love it. I’ll be travelling back to Perth for 5 weeks over Christmas and am looking for someone ideally in a similar situation to me to move in for that time. If this sounds like you, feel free to message!
