The bedroom gets south-facing sunlight, and comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and dresser. The common space has a large living room and great renovated kitchen. There is a lovely common yard for the residents of the building, with an outdoor bike shed included.

Location is in very close proximity to London Fields, and Dalston Kingsland Road. Lovely area for walks through the neighbourhood and down to the canal.

I am currently seeking a new housemate as my old housemate moved out recently. Some of my hobbies are listening to jazz, Neo-soul and hip-hop. I'm a big film fan and love documentaries and comedies. I enjoy being active, going for runs, yoga and playing tennis as well as grabbing coffee. I love cooking mainly Asian, Mediterranean, and Italian food and having a sense of calm throughout the week.

I am a 30 Y/O woman currently working hybrid between home and in the office, working in music tech. I'm looking for a chill, clean & friendly roommate who will enjoy the space as much as I do - please keep in mind I'm looking to keep the house more relaxed during the week (films, cooking, hanging out etc). Looking for someone to treat the space like their home. I am often out and about during the weekends but always down for chats and dinner during the week! :)
