We’re looking for a friendly 28+ individual, preferably a women, to fill a small double room in the heart of London Fields. The flat is just a one minute walk from London Fields Lido ;)
Available immediately- from 10th of October (some flexibility on this if the new tenant needs to move in a few days earlier).
Location is fantastic: right beside London Fields and Broadway Market. We’re a two minute walk from the nearest Lido. Within walking distance of Victoria Park, Columbia Road Flower Market, Dalston. The area is full of cafes, gyms, shop, bars and restaurants. There’s an international food market every Saturday and Sunday. In terms of transport, we’re a five minute walk from London Fields Station. It’s a great place to live.
You’ll be living with Keelin, Izzy, Graham, and Liam. We’re artists, writers foodie and furniture maker, aged between 29 and 39, and would ideally like new tenants in a similar age range. We’re looking for people who are friendly, considerate, will keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and want a home, not just a place to sleep. Joining a one year contract at £750 plus bills, with a two month notice period made to the local agent.

In terms of shared spaces, the house has two bathrooms (2 x WC + rain shower), a small well used kitchen with plenty of storage, a washer / tumble dryer, a spacious sociable lounge along with film projector, the flat has a south facing ‘sun trap’ of a garden with a seating area and hammock.
Note ** The room itself is small and cozy, and comes with a bed only. Please consider that the rooms within the flat are small and so storage space is also limited.
No couples, sorry.
It’s also a smoking free house.
Although we are Pet Nat friendly 🍷
Deposit is £500. Monthly bills are around +/- £80 depending on the season.
