1 month Sublet in London Fields House

Hello!

I am subletting my cosy double room in London Fields from 15th October - 14th November in a 6 bed house right next to Broadway Market.

You'll be living with Nat, Chiara, Romy, Nina and Liv... and the most important housemate of them all, our cat Kiyo (Kiyoshi) :)

Age range is late 20s to early 30s and we have a mix of architects, filmmakers, teachers and creatives in general. We’d be looking to find someone of a similar age and someone who hopefully shares similar working hours.

But above all friendly, social, tidy, respectful and considerate. The usual!

Please note this is not a party house, but somewhere where we have created a safe space and a calm, relaxed, close knit community. Week nights tend to be very relaxed. We're a big foodie house, so we do try to gather for the occasional and often spontaneous house meal.

Although we have our own lives, we do try to hang out as much as possible, with the odd gig or pub trip. After living here for 5.5 years, I can safely say this is the best house I have lived in and anyone who sublets off me would be lucky to share it with the current housemates (and I'm not just saying that ;))

The house comes with a long open plan kitchen, dining and living room. 2 bathrooms (1 being a shower room and joined utility room inc a tumble dryer).

The room itself is a small and cozy double, however, you will have not one but two private balconies (one being covered /greenhouse-esque) all to yourself!

Rent: October = £456.96
November = £388.92

Bills = season dependent, but can be anywhere around £50-£80 max in the colder months.

- 5 minute walk to London Fields and Cambridge Heath stations - 12-15 minute walk to Bethnal Green

Viewings can be done via video calls in the evenings this week.
