We are looking for someone to join our wonderful home near Dalston Junction/London Fields.

The house is lovely but the room is pretty special garden facing and with lovely in-built features :)

Room is available from 2nd November, with some flexibility for the right person.

The bedroom is on the first floor of a massive - and I mean massive - house in the quiet streets between Dalston Junction and London Fields. It's perfect for someone who wants to be near the excitement and nightlife that Hackney has to offer, but who appreciates coming home to a quiet and calm environment amongst the hustle and bustle.

The bedroom is garden-facing with beautiful floorboards and lighting options. It is unfurnished

The current team are a mix of young professionals, guys and girls, working different style roles so on different schedules, with a mix of wfh. We all get on really well and everyone is lovely.

The house is a really great space where you can join together to watch television and cook, or take some time to yourself. There is a studio outside in our spacious garden which is used as a workout/chill space. Beautiful large well equipped kitchen and separate living room.

We are looking for someone clean and considerate who wants to stay in a home not just a house. Ideal for someone friendly who is as busy out and about as the rest of us. We are looking for non-smokers only, garden skills a big plus!

We have a slight preference for men/masc (for balance) and also for those a similar age to us (28-36) but most open to anyone who would be a wonderful addition :)

Bills are roughly £155 per month, fluctuates a little with the heating bills and that covers water, tax, gas electricity, all that jazz + a weekly cleaner and communal household items (washing liquid, loo role, laundry tablets etc etc)

Parking Permits are easily available from Hackney Council and there is always a space right outside the door. Permits are available for 3 or 6 months - to get an idea, the cost for 6 months is £97.50.
