Double room available in house by london fields

1 double room available to join a tenancy - Contract from 13th Dec but move in ready from the end of October.
We are an all female friendly house who moved into the property this time last year and are looking for someone to join us to fill the 5th room as one of the tentants is moving out and in with her boyfriend. We are hoping to find someone who's up for being friends as well as sharing the house and make the most of the great location! We are all 27yr old working professionals, 3 irish and 1 English. We have an outdoor cat (called Ghost) that we take care of so must be okay with that :) Keen to start viewings asap!

A bit about each of us:

Julia : I am from Dublin and I work as an offshore wind engineer (in the office about 3 days a week). In my spare time I like doing art and going to gigs / the pub with friends!

Isabelle : I’m from Dublin. I work in MedTech and I am currently WFH! I enjoy hanging out with friends, pilates and going to gigs. :)

Isla : I’m originally from the Isle of Man. I work in the public sector (in 3 days a week). I too enjoy the pub, rarely cook (but toast beautifully) and enjoy exploring a few art galleries

Sarah : I’m also from Dublin and work as a physicist and am in the office everyday! I love hanging out int in house with girls and trying new pubs and restaurants with friends :)
