Big double room in central London Fields

We are looking for a housemate to join our cozy home in London Fields. The room is really large and rectangular, with room for a double bed and a desk. Previous housemates have got a couch in there too - it’s big!

The house also has a kitchen and lounge, a balcony and front yard, and a bathroom with bath.

The house is part of a large apartment complex meaning we have free access to a gym, a concierge service and our own covered underground car park.

About us:
Eleanor (33, F, straight) and Billy (34, M, gay)
Billy is a civil servant, and spends his time gardening at his allotment, seeing friends and gaming. Billy works from home during the week.
Eleanor works for a social impact startup and spends her time outside swimming or running, going to gigs and theatre, travelling or watching tv for hours. Eleanor works 2 days in the office.

We have lived together for 2.5 years and get on really well, we are looking for someone to live harmoniously with us. We love to watch bad reality tv, occasionally cook together, and spend a lot of time discussing minutiae such as “if you were a vegetable, what would you be and why?”.

Our ideal housemate would have a split between wfh and in the office, would be social but not a partier - we have (very occasional!!) parties (not more than once a year) but are not an afters house. Ideally you would have some hobbies in common with one or both of us but not critical.

We are renewing our lease for another year until the beginning of December 2026 and would want you to sign on until then. We will be keen to meet you and have you look around the space before letting the landlord know. References required. Move in date is 5 December but we can be flexible if you want to move in prior to that.
