I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy that ends in September 2026 and can be renewed.

Bills included except electricity that’s shared between tenants (around 15£ each per month).
Someone comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas (included in rent). Everything is kept clean and well organised all the time so looking for someone with similar standards.

The area is very nice, the property borders London Fields. It’s 5min away from broadway market and 15min from Columbia Road Market. You will find loads of cool restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops.

You’re very well connected with London Fields overground 5min away and Haggerston 10min away. Bethnal Green (central) is 15min away. Lots of buses route around the place which will take you to the center in 30-40min.

As of now there is only one other flatmate but someone else should join soon. The current flatmate is a 29 French professional that keeps the place very clean and is always friendly ! He’s been in the flat for 3 years and loves it :)
