Double Room Available - London Fields

My roommate is in Australia from 25th November until 3rd Feb and his room is available for a short term sublet.

You’d be taking over a double room with an en suite and a shared living space. There’s plenty of closet space in the room too.

I’m the current roommate so you'd be sharing with me. I work in the office 5 days a week but like to chill at home in the evenings, so would be nice to find a sociable roommate that enjoys hanging out occasionally. Interests include film, sport and travel. Bonus points if you speak a bit of Spanish.

Boring bits:
- Plenty of transport links around. Buses run from outside the flat, you have two overground stations very close and Bethnal Green (central line) is a short walk away.
- Plenty of shops/supermarkets nearby and London Fields park is round the corner.
- WFH for you is fine in communal spaces as long as it’s not well into the evening.
- Open to living with guys or girls.

Bills aren’t included but would only need to pay wifi, electricity and water. Roughly £70/month.
