We are currently looking for a sublet in our modern beautiful flat in London fields. The sublet will be for 2-3 months from early December to early Feb or March. There is potential to extend this and join the contract at the end of the sublet.
The flat is in an incredible location only 2 minute walk to london fields and a very short walking distance from all your needs (sainsburys, london fields station, gyms, cinema, restaurants, cafes).
The room is very large, comes with a King sized bed and en-suite.
The house has 2 current tenants (M32 and F30) who are both working professionals and extremely friendly.
Ideally we are looking for a working professional(s) who work from the office (although WFH is not a deal breaker).
Couples are welcome.
Bills are not included and add between 130-170/month.
