En-suite double room in duplex flat, London Fields

Hi! I’m currently looking for someone to share this very special, luxury split-level 2-bed flat overlooking London Fields.

The flat:
The duplex has two bedrooms, both with en-suites, and an open-plan living area with a high-end, fully fitted kitchen (including a dishwasher), a lounge, and a large covered terrace. The floor-to-ceiling concertina doors fold back completely to open onto the terrace. The shared living room is already furnished.

The en-suite room:
The bedroom is a double with its own walkway, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom. It currently has a queen-size bed, which I’m looking to sell to the new tenant for a good price.

The room is available from 24 January 2026.

Bills for one person are around £150/month.

About me (current flatmate):
The flat is minimalist and clean, and I’m looking for someone who respects the space as much as I do :)
I mostly work from home but go to co-working spaces or the office 1–4 times a week depending on my schedule. This would suit someone independent who’s looking for a peaceful home but also enjoys the occasional dinner and chat!

The building:
The flat is a 2-minute walk to London Fields Overground and a 15-minute walk to Hackney Central. There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants nearby, and London Fields Park is just 3 minutes away — perfect for summer picnics.
The building has a concierge (Mon–Fri) who takes care of deliveries, as well as secure bike storage. There’s also a co-working space downstairs and more on the street if that’s something you’d use.
