I'm looking for neighbors for big apartment.

My wonderful neighbors will be moving in on December 23th. I'm looking for a replacement for them.

This large apartment ( two bedrooms and two bathrooms.)

The landlord is very nice and responsive; I've lived here for 3.5 years now.

A room with a separate bathroom is available. I live in the second room, which has its own bathroom; no one else lives in the apartment.

There's a large living room and kitchen.
All furniture and appliances are included (washer, dryer, and dishwasher).
In fact, the entire apartment is at your disposal, except for one of my rooms.

It's on the 4th floor of a new building, with a terrace across all three rooms.

There are cameras everywhere, and security codes are on every floor, even in the elevator.
London Fields Overground Station is 1 minute from the building. The bus stop is 1 minute away.
All supermarkets are nearby: Lidl, Sensbury's, and a large Supertesco.
