My 2 flatmates and I are moving out and are looking for 3 or 4 people to take over this lovely 3-bed 2.5-bath flat in London Fields! Both group renters or individuals are welcome.

Advertised here is the largest room with an ensuite, west-facing, which gets plenty of natural light during the day. The move-in date is on the 23rd of January. We have a separate ad for the other two rooms, with a move-in date on the 11th of January. The rooms come unfurnished or partly furnished, depending on preference. The bills are around £90pp if split between 4 people, and around £120 if split between 3.

The flat has a lovely bright living area, kitchen (with 2 sinks, stoves, and ovens), separate toilet, big bathroom with toilet and bath, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony looking over the park. It’s on the 5th floor with separate shared bike storage on the ground floor. There’s also a lift.

The location is incredible! Right on the doorstep of London Fields and Broadway Market, and only a minute walk from London Fields overground station, making it a great spot to be in during the summer time.

The landlord and building agency are very communicative and resolve issues promptly.

The flat served us well for 3.5 years, but since one of us is moving out to travel, the rest of us have decided to move also. Given this, you’ll be joining an ongoing tenancy agreement with new tenants. Since all tenants will be new, we'll work with successful applicants on what their flatmate preferences are to make sure that everyone in the flat is happy.
