Hi, I'm subletting my double room for two weeks from Dec 22nd - Jan 4th 2026. A female is preferred as you would be sharing the flat with my current flatmate who is a female creative professional from Australia. It's a clean, cosy, modern apartment with new furniture and is very well located on a quiet residential street just 5 minute walk from Kingsland Road, 10 mins Dalston, London Fields etc. Also very close to Haggerston Overground, Broadway Market and lots of bus routes. It's a two bedroom apartment.

Happy to rent it for two weeks at £250 per week - that's £500 for the full period including all bills, fast wifi etc. People looking to rent for the full two weeks will get preference.
