Hey renters, I’m Ben. I’m moving into this great 2-bed flat in London Fields, East London, at the start of Feb and looking for someone to join me.

Happy for man or woman. I've lived with gals the past few years and it's a good vibe, so I'm happy to continue that way, but ultimately flexible!

I’ve viewed the flat and it’s great and v. well priced for the area and setup. It's quiet, well kept, and the landlord is easygoing and not around. He’s thinking of selling in a year or so but is flexible and happy with a minimum 12-month stay. For me, I’m looking to settle somewhere long-term and make it feel like home, so hoping to find someone similar I can enjoy living with.

He’s happy for me to choose who I live with, so I’m keen to find a good vibe match rather than a total roll of the dice!

London Fields, corner of Mare Street & Richmond Road, in a quiet gated block around a shared green. Super peaceful despite the location.

- 10–15 min bus to Bethnal Green (Central Line)
