The flat itself is also lovely and light throughout, with good storage space including a cupboard in the hall and a separate utility closet with a washer-dryer. It’s a fully furnished flat with a shared living room and kitchen.
The building has a lift and secure bike storage.
It's in a great location - Broadway Market is a 5 min walk and Victoria Park about 10 mins. London Fields overground is just a couple of mins around the corner too. There are also lots of buses right outside the flat that go straight to the City, London Bridge, Soho, Victoria etc.

Bills approx £180 - £210 pcm (includes the usual + cleaner)
You’d be taking over the room from my current flatmate who’s moving to abroad and so would be added to the tenancy agreement. The current contract runs until 11th September 2026 and is expected to roll on after that. Move in is ideally February (around the 28th or perhaps slightly before) - there’s a little flexibility.

I’m 32, work in tech and split my time between WFH and the office. Outside of work I’m usually out with friends for dinner or drinks, checking out new spots locally or having a chilled night in watching something good. I keep the flat clean and tidy and like having a comfortable place to come home to.
Who I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone sociable, laid back and considerate who enjoys having a friendly home rather than just renting a room. I have my own friends, but it would be great to live with someone I get on well with and might occasionally do things with - from a drink or dinner to just hanging out at home.
