Lovely London Fields flat (Double room)

We are looking for a lovely person to take this good sized room in a two bed flat in London Fields. About the flat below:

Housemate
We are two good friends, and I am moving away for work - leaving the wonderful Euan behind. Euan (male, 31) is a delightful man. He works in research on climate change and is a friendly chappy. In his spare time he loves pub with friends, tennis, cycling, reading fiction or about niche geopolitical issues and getting sweaty in a sauna.

You
We are looking for someone of a similar age (26-34ish) to take my room. Ideally we’d love a working professional who can demonstrate to the letting agent that you can pay rent on time and have the funds. We enjoy cooking and keep the house clean. Ideally you’re up for chatting and hanging in the lounge and don’t seclude yourself to your room. You may also have a friend who is interested in moving in in a few months as the other room may be further down the line.

Furnishings
The room will not be furnished, but open to discussing this if you want any of the furniture.

The flat furnishings will be there but you may need to furnish the property in a few months time, depending on whether my housemate stays or not.

The area
London Fields is a dream. Great park, lovely restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. It is close to the city centre and easy to cycle everywhere.

Costs
The room is £1125 plus bills. We don’t have an exact figure for what bills would be on top, but perhaps budget for an extra £200/month. This would be plenty.

Contract
The contract ends June 2028. You will need to swap with me (Tim) on the contract.

Dates
There’s a bit of flexibility but ideally approx Feb 12th.

Interviews
We are holding house viewings and interviews on Tuesday 27th, Thursday 29th and Sunday 1st.
