Good sized living room / kitchen space with separate bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven and hob, bath with shower. Kitchen fully equipped, bedding and towels can be supplied. There will be books, trinkets and plants left behind but the wardrobes will be completely clear. Some of this could be removed should the need arise.

3rd floor - no lift - of a late Victorian flat block right on the park. It’s like living in the trees. I have modified a window into half table. This makes a great spot to eat and have a view over the park.

The flat is in a great location. Pubs, restaurants, bakeries, and the market every weekend. Lots to do in the pursuit of hedonism.

I am working out of town until the end of April and the commute is too much. 3 month let would be ideal but I can be flexible about duration pending discussion.
