Double Room Available in 4-Bed House, London Fields, Hackney

We’re currently looking for someone to join our cosy home in London Fields, Hackney! The spacious furnished double bedroom is £1,125 pcm and is the largest of the four bedrooms. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, including a guest WC on the ground floor, so no fighting over the shower in the mornings.

Bills aren’t included and usually come to around £90 per month. We’re in Zone 2, just a 6-minute walk from London Fields station and 10 minutes from Haggerston station, with London Fields park and Broadway Market right nearby!
The move-in date is around 15 February, but we’re happy to be flexible for the right person. The lease has a 6-month minimum.

Ideally, we’re hoping to find a working professional who’s friendly, clean, and enjoys living in a house that likes spending time together but also really values personal space. The three of us currently in the house are friends from our master’s programme at the London School of Economics and are now working professionals in our respective fields.

A little about us:
• Ness (28) works in the education/charity sector, likes playing saxophone and cheffing up delicious evening meals.
• Elizeh (26) works for a mental health non-profit and enjoys reading, eating Ness’s food, and going out dancing with the girls.
• Nina (25) works in sustainability. She enjoys films with friends, running with friends and getting a hot chocolate (with friends)
