Double Room (1-3 Months Short Let) From April 1St

Hi, I'm renting out a double room in my flat from April 1st 2026. Ideally I'd like to start out as a one or two month short term let but there would be potential to extend into a more permanent thing if it's working out well!

It's a clean, warm, cosy, newly decorated two bedroom apartment in a great spot close to London Fields. It's on the first floor on a quiet residential street facing out to the communal garden at the back so it's very peaceful, but still just 5 minute walk from Kingsland Road, 10 mins from Dalston, Broadway Market etc. Haggerston overground is a 7 min walk and tonnes of buses into central stop just at the end of the road (5 min walk).

You'll be sharing the flat with me – an Irish creative working in advertising and film. I WFH a decent amount, so tend to come and go during the day. I’m a friendly, relaxed and respectful flatmate, looking for someone who’s considerate and will keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. Always happy for a chat, a cup of tea etc. but also happy to take your lead on how much you want to socialise. I've made fantastic friends with flat mates but also had some that kept to themselves more and I'm pretty happy with either.

I'm renting it for £1050pcm + £200 bills (which includes fast fibre wifi and a biweekly cleaner). Aware it's quite early but I'm going travelling for a while from Feb 15th, so would be keen to do any viewings and hopefully find someone before then!
