2 Month Sublet - London Fields

I am moving back to Australia so looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of the lease. 3rd March - 27th April. Exactly four weeks! Potential option to join the lease at the end of April.

Key features:
- £900 a month inc. bills
- 5 min walk to Haggerston overground
- 10 min walk to London Fields overground
- 5 min walk from London Fields/Broadway Market
- 3 min walk to Regents Canal and further 10 mins to Victoria Park (if you like to run or go for leisurely strolls this is great)
- Option to join the least in May

You will be sharing with Niamh (25, English) and Martha (26, English). Niamh works full time in PR and is in office most days. Martha is a freelance fashion stylist so work days vary. Both pretty social and out of the house throughout the week/weekend. Love an evening hang while we eat our dinner - keep it pretty tame during the week! We loveee having the girlies over for a wine or heading to the pub with friends for a beer.
Looking for someone who can slide in easily, is respectful, independent and of course tidy! The flat is small so we like to keep her in top form.

Our flat is a gorgeous upstairs apartment in a block. We have an open kitchen & living area downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs with a separated bathroom and toilet.
The bedroom is on the smaller side but I have lived in it the last year and have loved it so much! The price is also great for the area. Comes with bed and dresser pictured. There is also a huge open clothes rail which is Martha’s but available to use. House is otherwise fully furnished. Beautiful huge tree out the window (which can fully open up) is a massive bonus!
